Prenatal | Yoga Nest
Yoga through pregnancy is an amazing way of connecting deeply with the dramatic changes going on in your body. Our prenatal classes are designed to build strength and stamina but also to practice breath, meditation and labour coping techniques. Each class will combine gentle flow and modified vinyasas to promote breath awareness and to target typical areas of discomfort during pregnancy. Classes conclude with breath, relaxation and meditation. No previous yoga experience is required and all trimesters are welcome!

Yin | Reduced Heat | G
Suitable for most yoga students, yin yoga is the perfect complement to the hectic, fast-paced, yang lifestyles we usually lead. A quiet practice, yin yoga invites stillness of mind and body by soothing and quieting the central nervous system. Postures are gently held for 3-5 minutes, giving the body opportunity to open and release tension from deeper connective tissues in the spine, hip and legs. A regular yin yoga practice is a great addition students with more dynamic daily physical activities and is also beneficial for those interested in meditation as well as students wishing to increase their range of motion or increase the flow of energy within their bodies. Restorative | G | YOGA 8
A gentle and nurturing practice that uses props, such as bolsters and blankets, to support the body in deep relaxation. Postures are held for longer periods of time in order to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and to encourage the body and mind to experience peaceful surrender.

Gentle Hatha | G | YOGA 8
This non-demanding practice is a supportive approach to gently opening the body, finding proper alignment and relieving the mind of stress and tension. This class is the best choice for those looking for a gentle practice with little up and down from your mat as it does not include vinyasa. The slower pace is suitable for those with injuries or mobility issues as well. Wether looking for a gentle practice, a beginner class or needing to slow it down due to injury this is a great option for you.
30 Day Challenge - Restorative Yin

Crown Room 90 minutes of quieting the mind and body. Self care, deep relaxation and gentle release of tight connective tissues. Literally put your feet up (the wall!) for this restorative yin class which will gently release tight hips, and quieten the mind and body.

Hot Flow Intro | B
Learn the fundamentals of a vinyasa style practice, where movement is linked with breath. Expect to sweat in this class geared to those new to yoga practice. A general level of fitness is recommended.
Hot Yin | G
A style of practice where passive poses are held for up to seven minutes each to encourage the softening of connective tissue. Deeply relaxing. No standing poses and no vinyasas! No yoga experience is required.
Sweat, Relax, Restore | G
Enjoy this candle-lit class created to relieve stress and tension. The heat stimulates deep muscle release and detoxification of the body and the relaxed atmosphere helps to quiet the mind. This class is open to all levels, including absolute beginners and is a great introduction to the Infrared Hot room.
