This class is for anyone who is interested in learning how to incorporate mindfulness into their daily eating habits. Learn how to really listen to your body and identify hunger cues, and to eat for satiety not boredom or stress eating. Learn to tune in. Learn to listen to your body, and develop simple yet effective strategies to implement right away into your daily routines. We will have sample recipes and some tasty snacks to share - and some FUN!!
