Deepen your personal practice and uncover the passionate yoga teacher that lies within!

This in-depth 200 hour program provides a comprehensive approach to yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, meditation and pranayama. Hands on assists and teaching methodology are covered with an emphasis on linking movement with breath (vinyasa). Karma yoga (volunteer work), group dynamics and self reflection are also strong components of the training experience.

Our program is different from others because we encourage the trainee to develop their own unique style of teaching yoga. Creativity and individuality are nurtured and  celebrated!

Program Prerequisite: One year minimum of consistent practice is recommended, although becoming a great yoga teacher has very little to do with perfect poses! What is necessary is a dedication to your practice and a commitment of attending at least one class a week at the studio during the training.
